Christmas Day was one of the best days I've had in 2023. It felt like a breath of fresh air, like inhaling crisp and cold autumn wind after taking a long bath in the jacuzzi. I just wanted to write this down in a post because I had forgotten what it could feel like to have the unbearable weight of depression off my shoulders.
